One word to describe - Bad

Storywise i shall cut short.
Went Lai wah to eat. They add alot more tables outside and i believe it is more than they handle resulting in a chaotic situation. Messy and someone trying to disgrace himself so much that i couldnt stand it. Haix, haix haix. I always hate to see sth like this happen each time we eat out and it always happened. I feel so embarrassed.
